We hold ourselves to one standard at CSH AUTO SHIELD SDN. BHD. 202601027833 (1689929-V): your parcel leaves us packed properly and reaches you without fuss. Below is how we handle an order, from checkout to the day the box lands at your door.
Where do you deliver?
Wherever you are in the country, we reach you. Two service areas cover it:
Peninsular Malaysia – every state here is served.
East Malaysia – that means Sabah & Sarawak too.
How soon do you pack my order?
We start as soon as your order reaches us:
We prepare it – your order is processed within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in that.
We hand it over – the packed parcel goes to the courier.
We write to you – a confirmation email follows, and your own tracking information sits inside it.
When will it arrive?
To be clear first: we do not offer overnight or next-day delivery at this time. These are the windows we work to.
Read those as estimates, not promises. Courier operations, a seasonal holiday, or weather at its worst can stretch them out.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Free Shipping goes to every one of our customers.
Standard delivery – the usual postage fee is waived, because we would rather you felt the value.
Bulk and promotional orders – a charge may still be worked out at checkout from the total weight and the destination, where an order is a bulk one or tied to a specialised promotion.
How do I follow my parcel?
You will not have to guess where it is. Once the courier has your parcel, an email or an SMS reaches you. It carries a tracking number and a direct link, so you can watch the package move in real time.
